  9. Yes! These hang over the tables of the outdoor restaurant. It's magical at night (but hard to photograph!).

  15. This is Kas. Part of the waterfront is lined with hotels like this. The reception is at ground level, the rooms are up above, and the dining room is under the trees and flowers on the roof of the reception with views over the bay. Isn't it a great arrangement!

  16. It is permanently pumped, Robin. If they switch off the pump, it fills to just below the roof - with drinkable water! There is about 6 inches of water underfoot.

  29. What a wonderful collection - that locust looks as if it has a "Robin's mask on ( from Batman and Robin) I think pic 125 would be my favourite window/balcony but it was a hard choice. And than you for the Turkish Sailor for us girls, so thoughtful of you - lol
